DF100, Type C and Type CD Monolayer Films

CHEMFILM DF100, Type C and Type CD Monolayer Films
CHEMFILM® Type C, Type CD (duplex wound) and DF100 are multilayer PTFE films produced using a proprietary casting process. Cast PTFE is made up of very thin layers that have been individually deposited, sintered and fused together, thereby producing a monolayer film that has more uniform properties than can be achieved by any other manufacturing process.

Pigments and other additives may be added to individual layers to customize performance. Available in slit widths to 1”, supplied in pad rolls; minimum quantities apply
